The Mashrou3i Project was pleased to attend the Entrepreneurship Fair on February 21st and 22nd, to exhibit the business activities of four of its beneficiaries.
Held at the Laico hotel in Tunis, the two-day event was attended by Mr. Anouar Maarouf, Minister of Technology and Digital Economy and Mr. Slim Feriani, Minister of Industry and SMEs. It also brought together all the actors of Tunisia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, from banking institutions to start-ups and project leaders wishing to learn more about the entrepreneurial framework and to draw inspiration from entrepreneur success stories.
Four start-ups, that have benefited from the assistance of Mashrou3i through technical assistance and the HP LIFE Entrepreneurial Program, were able to share their experiences and present their business activities to over 4,000 visitors.
The entrepreneurship community greatly appreciated learning more about these young entrepreneurs and enjoyed tasting Houyem Hafsi’s dates and coffee from Tozeur, learning about the solar irrigation techniques of Houssem Ben Ahmed from Kebili, trying the organic prickly pear cosmetics of Bilel Sboui from Kairouan and learning more about the kitchen production offered by Houssem Bahrini from Béja.
