Mashrou3i aims to encourage job creation and regional economic and social development in the 14 interior regions of Tunisia, including in Tozeur. Through Mashrou3i, entrepreneurs were able to:
- Improve their business and technological skills
- Learn how to apply HP LIFE tools to grow their business
- Get support from a certified HP LIFE trainer to finalize their business plan
- Join a network of entrepreneurs in their governorate

Analyna confection – custodian of the oases
Naouel Hammi was born and raised in the palm grove of Tozeur – a tourism region which generates its income mainly from dates and oasis agriculture. Naouel is a housewife and mother of three. Three years ago, at 42-year-old, she decided to fulfill an old dream. Like many strong women in the south of Tunisia, she became an entrepreneur and launched her own textile business “Analyna Confection”, specialized in specific nets that protect the dates.
