August 5, 2021

Marketing is one of the most important business skills an entrepreneur needs. Mashrou3i provides a comprehensive range of marketing support and coaching in areas such as branding, sales techniques, digital marketing and access to markets.

From the business ideation phase, entrepreneurs are supported by Mashrou3i to develop their brand identity. Young entrepreneurs are advised on how to choose the right brand name and assisted in developing their logo, packaging and promotional materials with the technical help of Mashrou3i’s experts.

Through personalized coaching and training, small business owners also learn how to identify their target market and how to reach their customers effectively using the right distribution channels, pricing strategy and positioning against competitors.

Mahrou3i also provides entrepreneurs with digital training to help them embrace digital technology by learning how to best use social media tools to target customers and sell online. Over 80 entrepreneurs have participated in the training.

In order to help entrepreneurs facing challenges in accessing markets, Mashrou3i is also providing a technical training in the TUNEPS platform (Tunisia online e-procurement system) to enable small businesses to successfully apply to public tenders and to tap into new business opportunities. In July 2021, 28 entrepreneurs benefited from this training.
