Mashrou3i aims to encourage job creation and regional economic and social development in the 14 interior regions of Tunisia, including in Gabes. Through Mashrou3i, entrepreneurs were able to:
- Improve their business and technological skills
- Learn how to apply HP LIFE tools to grow their business
- Get support from a certified HP LIFE trainer to finalize their business plan
- Join a network of entrepreneurs in their governorate

Embracing digital technologies to enhance performance
On the main street of Gabes, Adel Mehrez, a 43-year-old biologist, opened his medical analysis laboratory “Bio Lab” in February 2022. Before successfully launching his laboratory, Adel had a long career, which started with a doctorate in medicine and ended after several years of hard work on the road to entrepreneurship.
